A mother and son team: Sarah, an accounting technician, has always dreamt of running her own business and Ryan, a young man who had trained to be a butcher since leaving college but faced an unexpected turn when his previous employer decided to shut down the butchery part of his business. Recognising the skill and passion we both possess, and understanding the unique support Ryan needs as someone on the Autistic spectrum, the pivotal decision was made to embark on this venture together.
