We deliver across the United Kingdom. The delivery charge will depend on the total weight of the order.
How quickly can customers expect their fresh meat to arrive once they place an order, and on what days do you typically deliver?
Subject to stock, as we want you to experience our meats at their freshest, you can expect to receive your order within 5 working days.
What happens if a customer isn't home when their meat arrives, and can they provide any special delivery instructions?
Our orders are despatched in fully insulated packaging. Please ensure someone is home to receive it or leave us instructions on a designated safe place in case you are out.
Is there anything else important customers should know about getting their meat delivered, like how it's kept fresh during transit or any order cut-off times?
Orders will be sent out in insulated packaging containing ice packs to keep it cool during transit.
